  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 5 cups red cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 3 cups romaine hearts (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 to 4 tablespoons chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Peanuts and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, tahini, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Chop the vegetables: shred cabbage, chop romaine, slice scallions, julienne carrots, and slice cucumber.
