  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Valentine M&M’s (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, margarine, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; stir until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the M&M’s.
  6. Refrigerate the dough overnight for best results.
  7. Roll chilled dough into balls and place on lined baking sheets.
  8. Bake for about 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Add remaining chocolate chips and M&M’s on top right after baking.
  10. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
