Ingredients

  • 1214 dumpling wrappers
  • 200g (about 1 cup) ground chicken
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chili oil for drizzling
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Soften dumpling wrappers by microwaving or steaming briefly.
  3. Grease ramekins and start layering: place one wrapper at the bottom, add filling mixture, repeat layers up to 3–4 times, finishing with a wrapper on top.
  4. Cover ramekins with foil. Steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle chili oil on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
