- 12–14 dumpling wrappers
- 200g (about 1 cup) ground chicken
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chili oil for drizzling
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Soften dumpling wrappers by microwaving or steaming briefly.
- Grease ramekins and start layering: place one wrapper at the bottom, add filling mixture, repeat layers up to 3–4 times, finishing with a wrapper on top.
- Cover ramekins with foil. Steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle chili oil on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
