- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper; let rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned; transfer to a plate.
- Lower heat to medium and add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat, then remove again.
- Melt remaining butter, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth; return steak bites, tossing gently in sauce.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
