- 1.5 pounds white mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
