Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press into muffin tins or dessert cups.
- For the strawberry filling, finely chop fresh strawberries in a food processor, then mix with orange juice and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks form. Blend softened cream cheese with the flavor mix until smooth and fold in whipped cream.
