  • Water
  • 2 cups Cool Whip (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve five boxes of Strawberry Jello mix in boiling water according to package instructions.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into clear plastic cups or parfait glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
  3. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over the set jello layer and return to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Pour the remaining jello mixture on top of the Cool Whip layer and refrigerate for at least 4 more hours until fully set.
