Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rigatoni until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak pieces until browned on all sides (3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
