  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 5-7 minutes.
