  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp, dicing the onion and bell pepper, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter together. Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).

  4. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, tomato paste, and stock; mix well.
