Ingredients
- 300g ribeye or sirloin steak
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise (Kewpie preferred)
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sriracha or Korean chili sauce
- Chopped green onions and toasted black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add steak and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the creamy sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and optional sugar in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and chill.
