- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups warm water (for baking solution)
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- Coarse pretzel salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and brown sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine bread flour, salt, baking powder, and add the yeast mixture along with melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
