Ingredients
- 7 whole graham crackers (1 cup finely crushed)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 oz each), divided into rectangles
- 12 large marshmallows (cut in half)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Finely crush graham crackers and mix with powdered sugar and melted butter until combined.
- Grease a mini muffin pan and press the crumb mixture into each cup to form shallow cups.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place one chocolate piece in each cup followed by a marshmallow half.
- Bake again for 2-4 minutes until marshmallows are softened.
- Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for a toasted top.
- Cool on a rack before serving.
