  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough

Instructions

  1. Season the brisket with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Smoke the brisket until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (about 5-6 hours). Let it rest before shredding.

  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
