- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons masa harina or cornmeal (for thickening)
