  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons coconut extract
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 8-9 minutes and let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sugar, egg whites, and flour; mix until creamy. Stir in extracts and pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes; cover with foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Toast sliced almonds and shredded coconut in a pan over medium-low heat until golden brown.
