  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 4 cups spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 6 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Italian seasoning

  • black pepper

Instructions
