- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1.5 cups mixed onions and bell peppers (chopped)

- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper, more to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt, more to taste

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm 2 tablespoons of oil and season shrimp with seafood seasoning. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until curled and pink; remove from skillet.
