Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place a noodle on top and spread some filling over it; roll tightly from one end.
- Place roll-ups seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
