  • 1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 13 cups chicken broth (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup cream cheese (chopped and softened)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until softened (about 4–5 minutes).
