  • 1 large ripe mango (diced)
  • 1 large avocado (pitted and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Spices: garlic, kosher salt, Tajin, paprika, chili powder

Instructions
