  4. Mix in cocoa powder, salt, vinegar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing just until incorporated.
  6. Stir in the red food coloring until evenly distributed.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13″ baking pan and bake for 22-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
