  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Crush the Red Hots in a plastic bag using a rolling pin and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; mix well.
