- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries (halved)

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–2 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two small loaf pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pistachio pudding. Add eggs, oil, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
- Fold in drained and halved cherries gently.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before drizzling with almond glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with milk and almond extract.
