  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries (halved)

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 22 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two small loaf pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pistachio pudding. Add eggs, oil, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in drained and halved cherries gently.

  5. Cool on a wire rack before drizzling with almond glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with milk and almond extract.
