Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, water, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Coat each bacon slice with this mixture and lay them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy. Let cool.
