Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz), drained and quartered
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives, halved
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
