- 450 g beef steak, cubed
- 800 g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 100 g bacon bits
- 100 ml sour cream
- 50 ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by cubing the beef steak and dicing the potatoes.
- Layer cubed steak at the bottom of the slow cooker followed by the diced potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the cheesy mixture over the steak and potatoes in the slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours until tender.
- Stir before serving and garnish with sliced green onions.
