Description

Loaded Steak and Potato Bake is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender steak, creamy potatoes, and melted cheese into a satisfying one-pot meal.


Ingredients

  • 450 g beef steak, cubed
  • 800 g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 100 g bacon bits
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cubing the beef steak and dicing the potatoes.
  2. Layer cubed steak at the bottom of the slow cooker followed by the diced potatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the cheesy mixture over the steak and potatoes in the slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours until tender.
  6. Stir before serving and garnish with sliced green onions.
