- ½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

- â…” cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden, then let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, heavy cream, salt, and fresh lemon juice until well combined. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Bake again for about 30 minutes until set; the center should not jiggle when shaken gently.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
