- 2–3 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Macerate ¾ cup of diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining 2 cups of strawberries, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and lemon juice. Boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes until syrupy.
- Cool the syrup in the fridge.
- In a glass, mix 2-3 tablespoons of syrup with ¾ cup non-dairy milk and top with macerated strawberries.
