  • 3.5 tbsp key lime juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered Swerve (or substitute with honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/3 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, protein powder, lime zest, powdered Swerve (or sweetener), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the sheet.
