- 8–9 tsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Cooking spray
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings and season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Spray the rack with cooking oil and arrange the wings in a single layer. Cook for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings cook, melt butter in a pot over medium heat; add minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and paprika; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
