  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sautéed onions, chopped spinach, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
