  • 900 g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 6 tbsp minced garlic
  • 18 large basil leaves, julienned
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. In the same pot, combine halved cherry tomatoes with the dressing and toss gently.
  4. Add drained pasta to the pot and mix well; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
