  • 1 pound imitation crab meat (flake style)
  • 1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • granulated sugar
  • fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and dill. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
  3. Chop celery, red onion, bell pepper, and slice imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine imitation crab meat with vegetables and cooled pasta.
  5. Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
