- 1 cup diced ripe peaches
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes or cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them in a large bowl with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, combine peaches, honey, vinegar, hot sauce, chili flakes (if using), soy sauce, and salt in a saucepan. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened; then blend until smooth.
