- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey and black pepper; let bubble gently.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add drained pasta and reserved water as needed to loosen the sauce.
