  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
