Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • Optional: natural food coloring

Instructions

  1. Blend peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the warm mixture and stir until dissolved (3-5 minutes).
  4. If desired, add natural food coloring.
  5. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
