- ¾ cup warm water

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil until you form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Punch down the risen dough, divide into 12 portions, shape into balls, and place in the muffin cups.
- Allow to rest for another 20 minutes while you mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, flaky sea salt, and black pepper.
- Press dimples into each muffin ball and spoon the garlic mixture over them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
