Ingredients

- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup chopped Spanish onion
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1.5 cups cold tomato and clam juice cocktail
- 1 cup cold ketchup
- 2 avocados, diced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped Spanish onion and lime juice; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and jalapeno; stir gently.
