Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 10.5 ounces beef consommé
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add provolone cheese, roast beef, and French fried onions. Brush the edge with olive oil.
- Roll tightly from the filled end and seal with the oiled edge. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- While they bake, mix consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan; heat until simmering.
- Let roll ups cool briefly before slicing and serve with au jus.
