  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone gummy bear molds on a baking tray.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; heat gently until steaming (avoid boiling).
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle in gelatin gradually, whisking until fully dissolved.
  4. Whisk in elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals until smooth.
  5. Fill molds using a dropper or spoon and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
