  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer two slices of ham and two slices of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast; roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge each roll in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
