Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent; add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet; break apart as it cooks and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add gnocchi directly to the skillet; cook according to package instructions until they float (2-3 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and dollop ricotta cheese on top; garnish with dried basil.
