Ingredients
- 1 lb roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or provolone)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out tortillas and fill each with slices of roast beef and shredded cheese, leaving an inch around the edges.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla in slightly and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, simmer beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for au jus.
- Slice roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with au jus.
