- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 slices turkey bacon (or chicken ham)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the pot.
- Sauté the diced onion and celery in the drippings for about 5 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add diced potatoes and seafood stock to the pot, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
