Ingredients

- 1 pack (150g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Set aside.
- Sauté garlic and shallot in the same skillet until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Lower heat; add Boursin cheese and milk/cream, stirring until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
- Add drained pasta and toss everything together, using reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan.
