  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 pack (150g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and shallot in the same skillet until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  4. Lower heat; add Boursin cheese and milk/cream, stirring until smooth.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
  6. Add drained pasta and toss everything together, using reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan.
