Instructions

  1. Prepare jalapeños by washing, seeding, and finely dicing them.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Monterey Jack and Pepper Jack cheeses with minced garlic and jalapeños.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water. On a separate plate, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Form small balls from the cheese mixture; roll in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
