  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch baking dish, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the apple pie filling.
  5. Repeat layers with more graham crackers, pudding, and apple filling.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
  7. Cover and chill for at least four hours before serving.
