Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place 12 eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and let sit off heat for 11 minutes.
- Cool and peel: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool quickly. Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs lengthwise, scooping out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
